LM series magnetic separator consists of an inlet tank, high-performance magnets, stainless steel scraper, reduction motor, and other components. The dirty coolant enters the magnetic channel from the inlet, and the ferromagnetic impurities in the dirty coolant are adsorbed on the surface of the rotating magnetic drum, separated from the dirty coolant and transferred to the top of the drum. The cutting fluid separated from the impurities flows out from the bottom, and the impurities on the drum are scraped off by the stainless steel scraper and fall into the slag receiving cart.
LM series magnetic separator has multiple structural forms:
LM roller type high-precision magnetic separator, with the pressure roller above the magnetic drum to scrape out dry debris, suitable for high-precision separation of grinding debris or honing oil mud fine debris, and can achieve high-precision separation of 5μm. Not installing pressure rollers can be used for chip cutting and discharging wet chips.
LMH disk type magnetic separator cannot be equipped with pressure rollers and is directly scraped out of wet debris by a comb scraper. It is suitable for separating large sheet-like chips or grinding chips with a large amount but low separation accuracy requirements. Thin chips pose a risk of getting stuck in the gaps of the comb scraper, so it is recommended to use magnetic cylinder type magnetic separators without pressure rollers.
LMD two-stage high-precision magnetic separator, with dual magnetic drum stacked together, driven by one motor, high flow rate and high precision, with a small installation area.
LMHD two-stage magnetic separator is composed of two disk type magnetic separators stacked together, driven by one motor, with a large flow rate and a small installation area.
LMC or LMHC combined magnetic centralized separation system is suitable for customized high flow fine magnetic separation by customers. Multiple magnetic separation combinations can be operated in parallel according to customer on-site needs, and a chip conveyor can be added to collect and scrape out debris to enhance output.
4New magnetic separator can be pumped or gravity fed with multiple liquid inlet methods, which can be specified by the user for easy connection with the machine tool. Special specifications or ultra-high precision magnetic separators can also be customized according to user requirements.
