4New LGB Series Compact Belt Filter

Short Description:

Compared with traditional flat bed belt filters, the extremely compact LGB series has much lower basic space requirements, achieving better filtration results under the same filtration capacity, and the space requirements are much smaller.

Product Detail

Application

The 4New compact filter is a belt filter used to clean cooling lubricants during the machining process

Used as an independent cleaning device or in combination with a chip conveyor (such as in a machining center)

Local (applicable to one machine tool) or centralized use (applicable to multiple machine tools)

LGB Series Compact Belt Filter1

LGB Series Compact Belt Filter5

Filtering process

1. The dirty liquid flows horizontally into the filter tank through the intake box

2. The filter screen will retain the dust particles when they pass through

3. Dirt particles form filter cakes, and even the smallest dirt particles can be separated

4. Collect the cleaning solution in the cleaning tank

5. Low pressure pump and high pressure pump provide clean KSS for the machine tool as needed

Regeneration process

1. The constantly growing filter cake increases the flow resistance

2. The liquid level in the filtration tank rises

3. Belt drive opens at a defined level (or time control)

4. The conveyor belt conveys a clean piece of filter paper to the surface of the filter

5. The liquid level drops again

6. Dirty filter screens rolled up by sludge containers or coiling units

Filter belt regeneration

1. The constantly growing filter cake increases the flow resistance

2. The liquid level in the filtration tank rises

3. Belt drive opens at a defined level (or time control)

4. The conveyor belt conveys a clean piece of filtered wool to the surface of the filter

5. The liquid level drops again

6. The sludge container or coiling unit rolls up dirty filter paper
