Working mode

1.1.    Equipment composition

1.1.1.   It is composed of coarse filter, bag filter, oil-water separation tank, vacuum separation tank, condensation system and fine filter. The container is made of 304 stainless steel.

1.1.2.   Coarse filtration+bag filtration: intercept large impurity particles.

1.1.3.   Oil-water separation tank: separate the stratified cutting fluid and oil once, and let the oil enter the next step of treatment.

1.1.4.   Vacuum separation tank: effectively remove water in oil.

1.1.5.   Condensation system: collect the separated water.

1.1.6.   Fine filtration: filter the impurities in the oil to make the oil clean and reusable

1.2.    Working principle

1.2.1.   It is designed according to the different boiling points of water and oil. It is composed of vacuum heating tank, fine filter tank, condenser, primary filter, water tank, vacuum pump, drain pump and electrical cabinet.

1.2.2.   The vacuum pump draws the air in the vacuum tank to form a vacuum. Under the action of atmospheric pressure, the external oil enters the primary filter through the inlet pipe to remove large particles, and then enters the heating tank.

1.2.3.   After heating the oil at 45~85 ℃, it passes through the automatic oil float valve, which automatically controls the balance of the amount of oil entering the vacuum tank. After heating, the oil will be separated into semi-mist through the rapid rotation of the spray wing, and the water in the oil will rapidly evaporate into water vapor, which will be continuously sucked into the condenser by the vacuum pump.

1.2.4.   The water vapor entering the condenser is cooled and then reduced to water for discharge. The oil in the vacuum heating tank is discharged into the fine filter by the oil drain pump and filtered out by the oil filter paper or filter element.

1.2.5.   During the whole process, impurities, water and gas in the oil can be removed quickly, so that the clean oil can be discharged from the oil outlet.

1.2.6.   The heating system and filtration system are independent of each other. Dehydration, impurity removal or both can be selected as required.
